How it works
Here’s the Simple 3 Step Process:
Step 1
A strategically placed pattern of holes are drilled
through the sunken and/or hollow piece of concrete.
In some situations, no holes are needed!
Step 2
Either a Cement Slurry or a Polyurethane foam is
carefully pumped through these holes. Once any
possible voids are filled, pressure is generated
which can raise the concrete to the desired
height.
Step 3
The work site is completely rinsed down, and all
holes are patched with care. Our goal is to leave the
worksite in the same or better condition than when
we arrived! We make sure you are satisfied before
you ever pay the bill.

CASE STUDY
Concrete Front Porch
Porch is setting on a short wall foundation on the outer edge. Porch was not tied to foundation via steel reinforcement bar nor was it set on top of the foundation edge. Backfill from the foundation construction has settled from its own weight. This is causing the porch to sag from its own weight.
